Winter Owl

A Christmas card with a different colour scheme:

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
CRAFT Challenge - Colour Inspiration

Sunday Sketch and Stamp - Sketch

Trimgym - Anything Goes

PINspirational Challenge - Photo Inspiration

I've never worked with this colour combination before but I'm really pleased with the effect of these colours together.  I've varied the sketch a bit from square to rectangular.

I have used two papers from Trimgym plus chocolate brown cardstock from Rosie's Studio for matting.  The image is from Digital Delights and has been coloured with copic markers E29, E25, BG49, BG15, BG09,B000.  I have also added some Stickles - Crystal.  I raised the image up above the remainder of the card using mount tape.  The glitter tape is from American Crafts and fitted in beautifully with the colour scheme.

  3. Lovely projects. I love the colors you used, they are really not traditional Christmas (but that's way it's so special) and I love this stiped paper too. Did I mention that the owl is super cute.

Thanks for playing with us @ {PIN}spirational Challenges this week.

    Hugs, Keti (DT)
